If you’re an active client and you refer someone who becomes a paying client, you’ll receive a discount on your own services.

If you’re not a client and you refer someone who becomes a client, you’ll receive a referral reward.

If you’re an active joint venture partner or strategic alliance partner and you refer someone who becomes a paying client, you’ll receive a referral reward.

About This Program
This referral program is offered by Via Opus: Business Coaching and Consulting. It lets you earn rewards when someone you refer becomes a paying client. These terms explain how it works. This version is active as of 07/14/2025.
1. How You Accept These Terms
  • If you refer someone to us, that means you agree to these terms.
2. How Rewards Work
  • You must be the one who made the referral.
  • The person you refer must tell us your name when they sign up.
  • You will only get a reward if your referral signs up as a paying client.
  • You will only receive a reward when your referral pays their third month invoice. 
  • If they don’t sign up, don’t pay, or cancel within the first 2 months, no reward will be given.
  • Rewards may be in the form of credit, cash gift, or other benefit, as shared in the program offer.
3. Program Limits and Clarifications
  • You can refer as many people as you want.
  • We are not responsible if someone says they were referred by you but we have no record of it.
  • We may change the reward amount or type at any time.
4. Fair Use and Right to Deny
  • If we believe someone is trying to cheat the system or break the rules, we can cancel their reward.
  • We can stop or change the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
5. Privacy
  • We keep all personal and business information private.
6. No Promises or Guarantees
  • We are not responsible for anything that goes wrong from the referral.
  • We don’t guarantee any outcome from your referral.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
  • These terms follow the laws of the state of Pennsylviania and the United States of America.
  • If there’s a disagreement, we’ll try to solve it quickly. If needed, it will be handled in [Your County/State] courts.
  • If part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest still apply.
8. Changes to These Terms
  • We can update these terms any time.
