ABOUT

My goal is straightforward – to help serious business owners generate more clients!

Small Business Breakthroughs Magazine

After college, I had 2 full time jobs - both in huge companies. I became tired of the corporate bureaucracy, so I left and tried a small family business. I was promoted 2 times in my first 2 months and landed as third in charge of the entire organization.

Within 6 months, I had turned the business around and they saw their first profit in 3 years. I wrote SOP's for all roles and created KPI's for all departments. It was the first time in my life I saw a clear path to success.

However, this isn't a happy story. The owner is unkind and unintelligent. After getting yelled at everyday for 2 years, I had enough. But what I learned was the right and wrong way to run a business, to treat your employees, and grow as a company and a person.

During that crazy time of my life, I was working 50 hours a week and taking work home on the weekends. I lost 23 pounds and countless hours of sleep. I was reminded of what's important when my super wife had our son.

I joined a business consulting network and created my own company. Now I help small and medium size businesses make more money while working less hours.

My super wife had another son and we continue to argue about getting a cat. But what we do agree on is that family is tremendously important and we all have the potential to succeed.

Via Opus means "the way of working" in Latin. We show business owners the way to work more efficiently so they can work fewer hours and make more money.

We help business owners write themselves a much bigger paycheck, finally take that vacation they've been putting off, and stop worrying every time the phone rings if it's another customer, employee, or business related problem. What we do is help our clients implement a unique and very powerful business acceleration system that generates at least $50,000 to $100,000 within the first 12 months.

What we find is that the business owner is always the constraint on seeing the business grow. How would a business owner know if they were the constraint? Well, what they would be doing is checking emails at 10 or 11 at night; typically working a 60 or 70 hour work week.

The question I like that measures it best, if you turned your phone off and went on a 2 week vacation, what would it do to your business? Would your business grind to a halt? Then you are the constraint in your business.

If you know any business owners like this, please let us help them.
